(Relationship Recovery Process)

These trauma-informed groups are designed for adults who are ready to explore and heal the lasting impact of childhood experiences, attachment wounds, and relational trauma.

If you struggle with people-pleasing, perfectionism, difficulty setting boundaries, chronic self-doubt, or repeating unhealthy relationship patterns, you are not alone.

These challenges often develop as adaptive responses to early life experiences and can continue to affect how you relate to yourself and others.

In a safe, supportive, and structured group environment, participants will gain a deeper understanding of how childhood trauma shapes current thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and relationships.

Through guided learning, self-reflection, and connection with others on a similar healing journey, you will develop greater self-awareness, self-compassion, emotional resilience, and healthier ways of relating.

Healing happens in connection.

Join us as we work toward reclaiming your authentic self and creating lasting change.
